AGilpin Consultants wants to not only work with their clients but to take the time to assess their needs, work with them to fill there most urgent assignments fast while building a long term relationship with their values and business ethics in mind. Relationships are key to building a strong business. Communication is the foundation in which relationships are built on. Aileen offers over fifteen years’ combined successful experience in diverse industries including executive recruiting, financial services, business administration, sales, management and hospitality. This experience allows her to work closely with clients in understanding both their professional and personal, goals and needs. Her reputation supersedes her. She is known in the market for her business ethics and accountability. Aileen is also an active member of West Suburban Women Entrepreneurs; a volunteer to Woman2Woman Community Services, Inc; an avid donator and walker to the support of Breast Cancer awareness; and a volunteer with Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago Northwest Indiana. Aileen is happily married and raising a beautiful daughter in the western suburbs of Chicago. |
