Aileen offers over fifteen years’ combined successful experience in diverse industries including executive recruiting, financial services, operations, business administration and management. This experience allows her to work closely with clients in understanding both their professional and personal, goals and needs. AGilpin Consultants currently serves a variety of clients. Aileen’s focus has always been to not only work with her clients but to be able to build a long term relationship with them so that she can become an extension of their team. Aileen is an active member of West Suburban Women Entrepreneurs (WSWE). She is the volunteer service unit manager for the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago Northwest Indiana, Romeoville unit and a Troop Leader for inspiring young ladies. Aileen is happily married and raising a beautiful daughter in the western suburbs of Chicago. |
