AGilpin Consultants was started by Aileen Gilpin in 2006 as an extension of her corporate career, little did Aileen know she had started on a path that would redefine how businesses and talent connect. Soon after Aileen opened her doors the market beared, leaving her clients with less staff but more burden. Utilizing her financial background Aileen started to provide small business back-office support to lift the burden off the shoulders of entrepreneurs who should be working on their business rather than in their business.

The fuel for AGC’s success is having passion, integrity, respect and accountability with clients. We offer our clients lasting partnerships, customized solutions that are cost-effective as their business evolves.
