WEBB Club!

(Women Entrepreneurs Business Book Club)

Female Business Owners. Women-owned businesses won't disappear from the business landscape anytime soon. If anything, their presence will become even more visible in the coming years. Women represent more than a third of all people involved in entrepreneurial activity. It is estimated that more than 10 million U.S. businesses are owned by women and the number of women-owned businesses continues to grow at twice the rate of all U.S. businesses (23%).

According to the U.S. Labor Department, business people who read at least seven business books per year earn over 230% more than people reading just one book per year!
Why? The world of business is an ever-changing environment based on the latest trends and newest ideas. Staying at the forefront of business developments will help you execute your business strategy, become an influential leader, and position your company for success.
I've been reading business books for as long as I can remember and over the years my reading list has tripled in size. Reading them is just one small part, its putting the advice into action.
Now, I'm a mom and I have done the girlfriends, neighbors and school moms book clubs and they were fun when I wanted to escape in my mind to a romantic beach or a stormy scary thriller. But not only am I a mom, I'm a business owner. Face it our minds are wired differently then most, always planning, strategizing, forecasting, etc...for the most part they are on 24/7! And as many small business owners we are either solopreneurs or have a small staff so the only person holding you accountable or helping you strategize is Y.O.U!
In 2018 I started casting the WEBB to help bring other women entrepreneurs like myself together to discuss relevant and thought-provoking business books in order to:
Learn…current business trends and ideas.
Discover…tools for personal and professional growth.
Connect…with business colleagues.
Identify…organizational best practices.
